Founder, CEO & CCO of Wish Machine | Creator of Primoral Descent
DJ Welch is a seasoned lead concept artist, illustrator, and animator with over two decades of experience across the animation, gaming, and comic industries. Beginning his career at Cartoon Network (Adventure Time, Firebreather), DJ has brought dynamic visual storytelling, art direction, and character design to industry giants including Lucasfilm, Marvel, DC Comics, Blizzard Entertainment, and Instagram.
As the creative force behind Wish Machine and original works like Primoral Descent, DJ is dedicated to pushing the boundaries of digital comics and indie visual storytelling. When he isn’t at the drawing board, you can explore his latest projects and behind-the-scenes content on the Wish Machine YouTube Channel or catch him co-hosting and gaming with fellow creator Alan Becker on Animators VS Games.
